Pursuant to article J sect. 3 and 4 of Terms and Conditions of IAD ONLINE:

• Investor is responsible for maintaining access credentials and Notified Mobile Phone Number safe from loss, misuse and leakage and responsible for preventing unauthorized persons from access to access credentials and to Notified Mobile Phone Number. Asset management company is not liable for any loss incurred by Investor as a consequence of a loss, misuse or leakage of the access credentials or Notified Mobile Phone Number or as a consequence of breach of other Investor’s obligations.
• Manner in which the Secure Access is used is in sole responsibility of Investor. Asset management company is not liable for any loss incurred by Investor as a consequence of improper or incompetent use of the Secure Access to data. Should the Investor make the Secure Access available to  a third party pursuant to this Contract, the Investor shall at all circumstances be responsible vis-a-vis the Asset management company for acts performed by such third party using Secure Access to data as if the Secure Access to data was used by Investor.

If this device is accessible to users other than you and you use the permanent login functionality, those users may obtain access to your investment data. In case your access also allows active operations, use of permanent login increases risk that other users of this device submit on your behalf instructions for execution of payment from your trust fund or other execute other active operation.

Permanent login can be deactivated:

• in this internet browser by clicking Log off in IAD ONLINE application or
• by using a permanent login on a different device or in a different internet browser on this device.
